| Attorney McNulty, born in Lawrence, Massachusetts, received his Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Boston University and his Juris Doctor from Boston University School of Law. Later, he earned his Master’s in Business Administration from Suffolk University, Sawyer School of Management.
He is admitted to practice in all Courts of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the State of New Hampshire, as well as the United States District Court and the United States Supreme Court. A certified conciliator, Attorney McNulty has successfully conciliated civil cases in the district, superior, and probate courts. He is a member of the Massachusetts and Barnstable County Bar Associations, the Estate Planning Council of Cape Cod, and the Real Estate Bar Association for Massachusetts.
Active in the community, Attorney McNulty is a long-time volunteer at Cape Cod Hospital and a lifetime member of the Massachusetts Bar Foundation. He is a past director and officer of Kennedy Memorial Youth Hockey League and Barnstable Little League and has served on numerous charitable boards including Cape Cod Community College Education Foundation.
Attorney McNulty is married to Maureen (Linehan) and they have three children, six grandchildren, two grand horses, and a slew of grand dogs. |
